I would be open and honest, but disclose only enough information without making people question the safety and legitimacy of Colgan Air.

Defense: Colgan Air is a regional airlines under the company Continental Airlines. Colgan Air is a smaller airline, offering cheap flights to get you from one destination to another.

I would want to keep a positive image on the Facebook page, posting results that only promoted the satisfaction of customers. This would ensure positive feedback on the Facebook page, and would make customers and potential customers interested in using Colgan Air for future travels. I would also use the privacy settings of Facebook to not allow anyone to post comments on the page, ensuring that all communication on this page reflects a positive image.
