Executor of the will must have an experience in this field but it is not necessary that he must be a legal or financial expert. When a person dies and he leaves a large amount of money than he leaves a will and names of one or two person for executing content of will. If the named person is not a lawyer then named person needs to help of a lawyer. There are many solicitors and lawyers are available for helping these type of matter.
