Our Purpose To create a hands-on learning experience for aspiring restaurant owners To provide a sustainable and enjoyable food service for aidha’s students

Program Design:

Program Design 4 month learning commitment 8 learning sessions (on alternate Sundays) 5 Morning shifts– 8:30 am to 1:00 pm 3 Afternoon shifts – 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm At least 2 Guest Chef events Graduation party 16 students per stream 8 students in your group

Signing Up:

Signing Up Group 1 or Group 2 Flexibility in scheduling Info Sheet Memorandum of Agreement Receive DVD and a free aidha t-shirt

At Home:

At Home 12 Learning Sessions Reading Assignments and Quizzes Before each shift: * Notes* Quiz Reading Assignment

Volunteer Day:

Volunteer Day Check in with the manager Go to your stations! Ready, Set, Cook! Complete Learning Assignment Session write-up into the orange file Get your signature!

Assessment:

Assessment 3 General Meetings with your group managers where you will talk about: Teamwork ! How to grow & improve Feedback on Session Write-Ups Completion Card : Complete all of your Makan duties or you will not graduate from the program!
