I see so many people fall victim to the “All or Nothing” Fitness Myth when it comes to losing weight and getting in shape. Don’t set yourself up for failure, thinking that the only way to get in shape is to be ‘on the wagon’ 100% of the time!

I have had the privilege of working out in person with some of the top fitness professionals in the world. And you want to know a little unknown tidbit? ….. I have seen ALL of them splurge on something that might have caused you to beat yourself up for making a bad choice, and in many cases, might have led to you quitting your program!

It is easy to get overrun with guilt after a splurge, but if you give yourself zero room for error you will never stick with it long enough to see real progress. You want to know the secret to my weight loss success??? Shhhhh … don’t tell anyone, this is just between me and you. I learned early on in my weight loss journey that in order to have long term success you have to be in this thing for the long haul.
