Standardization – What has been done that relates to Skillslab in KMTC All departments Nursing and all departments CM run the same curriculum Actual time for training skills and assessment in OSCE: quite similar in Nursing All Nursing students and all clinical medicine students have access to the same learning materials: Skillslab manikins and equipment Learning guides, procedure manuals and logbooks Computers OSCE sheets are standardized OSCE rules & regulations are standardized Training: All schools have simulated patients trained Vast majority of teachers introduced to Skillslab
