Slide1:

THE TRAIN OF LIFE Life is like a train ride. We get on. We ride. We get off.

Slide2:

We get back on and ride some more. There are accidents, delays, surprises. Some of these will become great moments of joy, some will turn into deep sorrow.

Slide3:

When we first board the train at birth, we meet people whom we think will be with us for the entire journey: OUR PARENTS!

Slide4:

But sadly, our parents are with us for only as long as we need them. They too have their own journeys to complete. And we live on with the memories of their love, affection, friendship, guidance and their ever presence.

Slide5:

Others will board the train and will one day become very important to us

Slide6:

These people are our brothers, sisters, friends and acquaintances, whom we will learn to love, and cherish.

Slide7:

They will just go merrily along Some people consider their journey like a jaunty tour

Slide8:

Others, will encounter many upsets, tears, losses on their journey. Others will linger on to offer a helping hand to anyone in need. Some people on the train will leave an everlasting impression when they get off….

Slide9:

But, once found, we may not be able to sit next to them. Because that seat will already be taken. We might get upset that some passengers whom we love, will sit somewhere else and leave us to travel on our own. We can always seek them out anyway.

Slide10:

Everyone’s journey will be filled with We must strive to make the best of it, no matter what. hopes dreams challenges setbacks goodbyes We must strive to make the best of it, no matter what.

Slide11:

We too may hesitate, even trip… Hopefully we can count on someone to be supportive and understanding… any moment during our journey, some of our travel companions may have a weak moment and need our help.

Slide12:

The biggest mystery of our journey is that we don’t know when our last stop will come. Neither do we know when our travel companions will make their last stop. Not even those in the seat next to us.

Slide13:

We’re all on this train ride together. We should all strive to make the ride as pleasant as we can, until we leave the train for the last time, at thefinal stop BON VOYAGE
