Case summary:
Case summary A 40 years old male. History of forearm fracture in 1975. Treated with square (Talwalkar) nails. Non – Union with pseudoarthrosis and broken implants in 1990. Marked clinical deformity. Excision of pseudoarthrosis + plating (uni-cortical for radius due to nail) + grafting. Final results and clinical picture 2004.
