Primary extensive debridment Fixation of fracture by Interlocking Nail On 5 th day referred to Plastic surgeon Lattissimus Dorsi muscle pedicel flap. Skin grafting The limb was immobilized in abduction and external rotation for 3 weeks. Loosening of Nail with infection at 6 wks.
