“The message I stress to make it stop study your lessons Don't settle for less - even the genius asks’ questions Be grateful for blessings Don't ever change, keep your essence The power is in the children and issues that we address” Tupac Shakur, “Keep Ya Head Up”

Definition of Classroom Management . . . :

Definition of Classroom Management . . . The ability to cooperatively, effectively & efficiently guide a classroom towards realistic goals and specific objectives by providing positive motivation and attainable incentives.

MY PHILOSOPHY . . . :

MY PHILOSOPHY . . . I Teach Therefore I Am The Individual is Responsible for their Own Education “Emancipate yourself from mental slavery None but ourselves can free our minds” Mutual Learning Experience: Everybody Can Learn If Motivated To Do So “I set off to change the world, and the world changed me” The Neo-Classroom Teach by Example “It’s not where you are that makes a difference, it’s who you are.”

~ Quarter Club ~:

~ Quarter Club ~ For every yellow card, student can choose to pay a quarter (1st offense) or two quarters (2nd offense), rather than accept the card. I will also add a quarter per day if anyone can guess the QOD or define the WOD. These quarters will be saved by myself, and used as a reward/party at the end of the semester for the class with the best score (see below). At the end of each class, take a few minutes to “score the period” with the students. There will be five categories (TBD, ie. Stayed on Task/Focused, Stayed Positive, etc), one point for each category. Ask for their feedback/opinions, but ultimately I decide. The most they can get per day is five points.
