Definition of Classroom Management . . . : Definition of Classroom Management . . . The ability to cooperatively, effectively & efficiently guide a classroom towards realistic goals and specific objectives by providing positive motivation and attainable incentives.


MY PHILOSOPHY . . . : MY PHILOSOPHY . . . I Teach Therefore I Am The Individual is Responsible for their Own Education “Emancipate yourself from mental slavery None but ourselves can free our minds” Mutual Learning Experience: Everybody Can Learn If Motivated To Do So “I set off to change the world, and the world changed me” The Neo-Classroom Teach by Example “It’s not where you are that makes a difference, it’s who you are.”


A Positive Learning Environment is a Place Where . . . : A Positive Learning Environment is a Place Where . . . . . . there is an open line of communication between students and teacher. . . . there exists a comfortable, safe, and supportive vibe. . . . expectations are clear and a regular structured routine is established. . . . the “I CAN” mentality is encouraged, so that individuals believe in themselves and the importance of hard work. . . . a mutual level of respect is established, and an understanding that we are all working towards common goals.


My Way or the Highway : My Way or the Highway RULES & EXPECTATIONS . . . Be Prepared Be Punctual Be Respectful Rules This Includes (but is not limited to) . . . No eating/drinking in class Do not ask me what time it is, or how much time is left Be on time to class and turning in assignments Come to every class with your homework, notebook and a pen/pencil Do not interrupt myself or your peers (raise hand) Do not leave your seat without permission
