Ms. Polay’s Definition of Classroom Management: Ms. Polay’s Definition of Classroom Management A system of organization which includes procedures and activities that actively engage students and promote a positive learning environment.
Ms. Polay’s Philosophy: Ms. Polay’s Philosophy Each student can learn and knows what is expected of him/her.
The teacher makes his/her best effort to reach each student and sets high expectations for students.
Together the students and teachers contribute to a task-oriented ,predictable, and fun environment.
