PHILOSOPHY OF CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT :PHILOSOPHY OF CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT The purpose of classroom management is to foster a learning environment that allows every student the opportunity to achieve his or her full potential
It is the teacher’s duty to ensure that students know what is expected of them in the classroom
The teacher must always expect the best out of every student in the classroom and must let students know they care about their achievement level
An effective classroom management plan must include positive reinforcement in addition to consequences for negative behavior

The teacher should provide a variety of activities for students to practice and demonstrate learning in ways that fit their own skills and talents
