Cyber bullying is when a child uses technology as a way to torment , harass , embarrass , or threaten another child. Cyber BullyingCyber bullying online: 37% of students have admitted to making fun of classmates online 88% of students ages 12-17 say they have witnessed cyber bullying on a social network site. Cyber bullying onlineEffects of cyber bullying: Victims of cyber bullying are more likely to experience depression and feel helpless in finding an end to the bullying. In some extreme cases, cyber bullying has even led to teen suicides .
