All About Me!! My name is Christie and I’m 12 years old. I’m from Boca Raton and my birthday is July 26th. My favorite sport and favorite thing to do is to play tennis. I play 3 hours a day with my dad and at my tennis camp called ZMG Boca. My favorite color is blue and my favorite food is pizza. I love going to the mall and the beach with all my friend on the weekends when there is nothing to do.

Definitions Technology-the practical use of human knowledge to extend human abilities and to satisfy human needs and wants. System-an organized way of achieving a goal. Communications Technology- the process used to exchange information. A Blog- a website that consists of regular posts that readers can respond to through comments, shorts for weblog.

Comment Blog What we did in technology was the Name Game. The Name Game teaches us what each other’s name is and we asked three things about them. The system we did was every two minutes we would rotate and after we met half the class we switched places and then we rotate again until we met the other half. Every day we have a tech talk word and we have to write the definition down in our journal.

The Earthquake in Haiti

About the Earthquake Thousands of people got hurt in the Haiti earthquake. It damaged roads, houses, and buildings like schools. Now people are getting as much money as they can to help the people in need of medicine and shelter in Haiti.

How we can help them! We can help them buy raising money from 2 for T in Omni and by donating clothes, money, shoes, socks, blankets, toys, and other stuff that may help the people that were in Haiti when the earthquake hit them. Because now they don’t have anything or if they do they don’t have as much as we do.

My dream is to be a college or professional tennis player. My dream is to play tennis at the college UCLA in California. There is really nothing else that I want to be when I grow up because I really don’t want to work at all because work is really boring and not fun. And when you’re a pro player playing tennis is your job and you get paid for it. So your getting paid and having fun. My Dream

Video The things that went well was that we knew what to do and where to go and when to push something. I enjoyed doing the video because we could talk to our group, we could use a video camera and we could use the Apple computer. We didn’t really decide we just did what we could, we did a little bit of everything, but the person sitting in the middle of the table would be pushing the buttons on the computer most of the time. The first problem we had was that we couldn’t get the camera to record so Mr. Goldstein gave us a tape to use instead. We made a video but we didn’t save it because we ran out of time. I would like to put pictures and more videos on our movie.
