The system of the name game was for one or two people from your table go and meet people from different tables. The benefits were that you could meet new people and learn about them. The problem with the original system was that you couldn’t meet the people sitting if you were sitting. All the people sitting would sit on one side and meet people while the people moving would be on the other side meeting the other people. The Name Game

The marshmallow challenge was a team building exercise. You got 20 sticks of raw pasta, a yard of tape, a yard of string, scissors, and a marshmallow. You got 18 minutes to build the tallest free standing building. The building could not be taped to the table and at the end you had to put the marshmallow on top. My tables idea was to break a few pieces of spaghetti and make a stand and make the building as tall as we could without it falling over with the marshmallow on top. My groups structure was 15’’ tall at the end. The Marshmallow Challenge
