Level 3 * Will be seen on Report Cards for those who are regularly balancing between a level 3 & 4. Standard Based Grading : Standard Based Grading Level 1: The student does not show an understanding of the material. They struggle performing tasks with help. Level 2: The student can perform task with help and occasionally on their own. Level 3: The student consistently performs tasks without assistance. Level 4: The student CONSISTENTLY makes connections between the concept and the outside world. The student consistently adds insight and depth to the answers in all subject areas. Behavioral Plan : Behavioral Plan Steps of intervention 1. Warning 2. Discussion of strategies, Silent lunch, behavior journal, modified recess 3. Phone call, conferences 4. Office referrals My Job/Your Job : My Job/Your Job We established the roles of the teacher and the student during the first week of school. This will be seen in the Tuesday Folder.
