I am satisfied working for my Company at the present time. Interpretation:- From this chart it is seen that 80% employees are satisfied about their company at present time. And 10% employees Satisfied most and 10% Satisfied somehow about their company at present time . I am satisfied with my Job and the kind of work I do. Interpretation:- It is seen that 40% are satisfied most with their job, 52.5% are satisfied with their job and 7.5% are satisfied somehow with their present job.

But 20% employee agree somewhat about this statement and 2.5% also disagree somewhat, means they do not feel that good work is appreciated by the organization. Work Environment and place of the work enables me to do an effective and good job. Interpretation:- 85% of employees have told that they are satisfied about the Work Environment and the work Place provided by the Organization. Only 2.5% satisfied most with this work environment but 12.5% are also there who are satisfied somehow about the Work place.

Interpretation:- It is seen that 67.5% are agreed on this statement and they can keep balance between their personal and professional life. But 10% are disagree and 7.5% are disagree somewhat means, they can not keep reasonable balance between their personal and professional life for their Job. Superior- Subordinate relationship is very good in Music World. Interpretation:- As per this chart it is clear that most of the employees about 52% are agreed strongly that in this organization superior-subordinate relationship is very friendly and 45% are agreed on the above statement. Only 3% are disagree about this statement.

“Politics and Biasness” at this company are kept to a minimum. Interpretation:- It is seen that 5% of employees agree strongly that biasness are at a very minimum level in this Company. 40% are agree on the above statement. But some employees like 10% feel that there is biasness in the organization and 22.5% also agree somewhat that there is biasness in the organization in some extinct. I am satisfied with my Work Group or Team members. Interpretation:- From the above interpretation it is seen that 30% of the employees are highly satisfied with their work group or team members,50% employees are satisfied by working with their team members. Only 2.5% disagree somewhat about this above statement.

Interpretation:- From this chart it is seen that 2.5% employees are highly satisfied with the benefits and facilities provided by the company, About 65% are satisfied with the benefits and facilities. But 5% are dissatisfied somehow and 2.5% are dissatisfied totally with the benefits and facilities provided by the Company. Performance Appraisal System is fair and captures my performance accurately. Interpretation:- 10% employees strongly agree that Performance Appraisal system is fair and base on only the employees’ performance. Most of the employees(57.5%) are satisfied with the performance appraisal system. 22.5% are satisfied somehow and 5% are dissatisfied with the Performance appraisal system. 5% has given no comment as they are very new and not applicable for performance appraisal system.

Interpretation:- According to the pie chart it is seen that, 40% most of employees are agree somehow that the salary structure is fair for their job responsibilities. 25% are disagree somewhat and 25% disagree on this statement. Only 10% are agreed on this statement. I feel my Job is secure overall. Interpretation:- According to the this interpretation it is seen that 72.5% are satisfied and feel their job is secure. 15% are satisfied somewhat on the above statement. 5%only feel that there is no job security in this organization.

Employee Satisfaction is a very vital strategy which must be followed by every organization so that it can find what the changes are needed in the organization to increase the brand image of the organization as well as increase the satisfaction level of its employees. At Music World the Employee satisfaction programmes religiously take place to meet the need of the employees and to make the employee an efficient worker and by this way it can also increase its brand image. It is evident from the analysis that Lively Work Environment, Job Excitement, Salary are the important factors which must be there in the organization for an employee to talk good about the organization and also increase the satisfaction level of the employees as well as Structure, Good career progress, Transparency, less biasness and lastly good Communication between the upper level and bottom level employees are also very important to the employees. Music World gives emphasis on these all criteria to satisfy their employees and whatever some laconance is there, they should be aware from the beginning to retain their employees and also make them happy.
