RULES: Listen and follow directions the first time given Be respectful to everyone and to school property Be responsible Turn in all assignments on time No hitting, kicking or biting Raise your hand and wait to be called on for answers Respect others, don’t talk while some else is talking Do not disturb other classmate while they are working No swearing, teasing or put down Always try your best Start cleaning your area 15 minutes prior to the dismiss bell. Your desk is expected to be clean and organized each day before you leave the classroom Enter and exit the classroom quietly

RESTROOM RULES: Use the restroom before the morning tardy bell rings, during group restroom time before lunch or after lunch. If there is an emergency, raise your hand to get permission Go to the restroom with hall pass Return to the classroom immediately following restroom use. No wandering the halls, talking nor running.

CONSEQUENCES: Warning Time-out Laps during recess Write rules multiple times Warning slip sent home to parents Sent to the principal’s office

REWARDS: Homework pass Free time at the end of class Take care of the class pet for the day Special school supplies Pick from the goody bag Call parents and send a note home to parents telling them how well their child has been doing Lunch pizza party for the class Special medal – Student of the week
