In order to install A0 Attendance software perform following steps: Open the CD content, run Setup.exe and start installing the system Click “Next”, then choose the processing installation path Click "Next", then click to proceed with installation. Software installation steps

Slide 3: 

In this screen click on finish button to complete setup. Then it will pop-up a dialog box automatically like “ attendance management system requires data-base, whether to install MSDE data-base management system”, click “yes” start to installing MSDE.

After MSDE installation finished, icon of A0 Time Attendance Management System will appear on desktop. Note: 1. Do not run A0 Time Attendance Management System without installing MSDE or other editions of Sql Server. 2, If any edition of Microsoft Sql Server 2000 has been installed on user's computer, MSDE is not required to be installed and only A1 Time Attendance Management Application is required to be installed. 3, MSDE is the free desktop database provided by Microsoft, which can be downloaded by user. (Note: In such situation, you need to amend the setup.ini configuration files under the setup content. In this file [Options] SAPWD=sa SECURITYMODE=SQL SPAWD means the code of sa accounts after installation, SECURITYMODE means validate mode.)‏

After software will be installed, make double click on A0 icon as shown in following picture Make double click on this icon to start software In this select local as server name and then in connection please input corresponding accounts number and password. The default “sa” is recommended. Select database. "Create new database", input the name of the database and click "Create". If database is already existed, directly select "Connect to existing database" for connection, then select the name . After the creation is successful, click "Login into the system" button to access the login window of A0 Time Attendance Management System.

The login window is used for verifying the password and commission of the operator currently logging in. The system’s default administrator account is “sa”, and password for initial login is blank. On the interface of user information, input the “company name”, double click the picture box and select the picture of “company logo”, then select the corresponding time attendance equipment type on the interface of time attendance equipment(as the next picture). At last, click the “save” button

In equipment management click on equipment settings For COMM PORT In this screen select following settings: Communication: Here select type either as “0” for comm port or 1 for TCP IP For comm port select port number and baud rate “9600”

For TCP IP In this screen select following settings: IP Address: Here enter device ip address Port number: Do not make changes anything in port number Password: Do not enter any password here Search range: Here enter temrinal ID for searching. After this click on “Next” button to search device on network. Once terminal will be searched on network it displayed message as “Total searched eqipment found “1” Click on OK button and after that click on exit button to exit from that window

In software click on Equipment management  Data gathering and there select “Collect All data” option and select date range. Once date range will be selected click on collect button. Once collect button will be clicked it confirms for “user ID” & “Password” click on confirm button. After this All logs will be downloaded in the software This screen shows status of data which is getting downloaded on the pc

Next step is now download all the users in the software Select “Personnel registration” from “Equipment management” In this screen click on “Get All” button to download all users in the software

In order to export data to CSV follow below mentioned steps From menu bar select “Time attendance processing” option from “ Time attendance management” Select the date range and click on “Analyse” button. After this it will open “Attend result” window, Just close that window

From menu bar select “Report form center” option from “report form printing” Select “Clock IN/OUT” option and then click on query button

Select Date range and then click on Query button Click on EXPORT button and export data to csv file for integration with timetronixdesk
