Values Motivation arises out of situations, wherein are sensed, directly or indirectly, values of worth to individual, these values are expressed as appreciations

Ideals :

Ideals These are attitudes which functions as driving forces in the realm of human conduct These are standards that become the object of desire, ideals serve as important guides to conduct They determine what an individual will believe in, will accomplish, will be throughout her entire life Habits, attitudes, character, personal traits are product of one’s ideals
