Subject: Monster Hangman!PowerPoint Presentation: MONSTER HANGMAN With Hong Kong’s Andy LauPowerPoint Presentation: How to play Monster Hangman: On the blackboard, the teacher will draw some spaces to represent the letters in a secret word, for example _ _ _ _ _. The class must attempt to guess the word by suggesting different letters. For example, ‘A for apple’, ‘S for sugar’… If the letter is in the word, the teacher will write it in, for example _ o _ _ _. If the letter is not in the word, the teacher will click the Powerpoint and Andy Lau will step up towards the monster ! There are three levels – each with fewer steps towards the monster. Higher level classes can take it in turns to suggest words. CLASS GAME: Each member of the class must suggest a letter. TEAM GAME: Class is split into two teams. Each team must give letters.
