Small-size submersible motor-pump standard and product (GB/T 25409-2010) (Part 2) 1. 二、小型潜水电泵标准与产品 Small-size submersible motor-pump standard and product 3.2 规定的电泵效率是实物质量水平,电泵性能均以实际转速为基准,不折算(即实测值) —— 流量、扬程、功率均不换算至基本转速。对流量、扬程、转速、级数不符合基本参数的,其电泵效率按下确定: Rated pump efficiency means the actual efficiency when the pump translating the maximum solid particle. Pump performance is the measured data with the actual shaft speed, in other words head, flow rate and power don’t convert to the fundamental shaft speed. 二、小型潜水电泵标准与产品 Small-size submersible motor-pump standard and product 5.3 电泵 —— 电动机的定子绕组应能承受为时 1 min 的耐电压试验而不发生击穿。试验电压的频率为 50Hz ,并尽可能为正弦波形。试验电压的有效值:对单相电动机为 1500 V ,对三相电动机为 1760 V 。 Motor stator windings should be able to withstand inter-turn withstand voltage test without breakdown during 1min. Single-phase motor test voltage (peak value) is 1500V, and the three-phase is 1760V, where the frequency is 50Hz with nearly sine curve. 型式试验时,定子绕组的耐电压试验应在绕组接近工作温度时进行。 During the type inspection, withstand voltage test of the stator windings should be started when temperature of stator windings closing to the operating temperature. 同一台电泵不应重复进行本项试验。当有特殊要求或合同规定必须重复本项试验时,须明确因此可能影响电泵使用等因素后,仅可进行一次重复试验,试验电压为 80% 的规定试验电压。 Motor withstand voltage test should not be repeated. If it is necessary, test can only be repeated and the voltage shall be 80% of specified value.

二、小型潜水电泵标准与产品 Small-size submersible motor-pump standard and product 5.4 电泵应有安全可靠的过热或过电流等保护装置,并符合下列要求: Over heating or overcurrent protectors should be installed in the pump to ensure operating safety: a )内装保护装置随产品提供,并在产品使用说明书中明确说明保护装置; a) In-built protectors are supplied with the product, and must be written in the operation instruction. b )外配保护装置应在产品使用说明书中给出具体要求和配置的方法; b) Operation instruction also states requirements and installation methods of out-built protectors. c )用户有要求时可外配带漏电保护装置。 c) Electric leakage protection could be supplied according to users.

二、小型潜水电泵标准与产品 Small-size submersible motor-pump standard and product 5.5 电泵应有可靠的接地装置或螺栓,并有明显的接地标志。 Motor-pump should have reliable grounding device or bolts with visible grounding sign. 5.6 电缆线端标志与旋转方向应符合 GB 1971 的规定,且转向与泵工作方向一致,并应保证标志在电泵使用期内不易磨灭。 Sign of the motor cable and its rotation direction, which agrees with the rotation direction of the impeller, should conform to GB 1971. Meanwhile, the sign is ensured to be clearly and visible in the long running process. 5.7 电泵的安全应符合 GB 10395.8 的规定。 Safety requirements of motor-pump should conform to GB 10395.8. 5.8 电泵的安全标志应符合 GB 10396 的规定。 Safety sign of the pump should conform to GB 10396.

二、小型潜水电泵标准与产品 Small-size submersible motor-pump standard and product 6 试验方法( test methods ) 6.1 电泵的性能试验按 GB/T 12785-2014 中 2 级的规定进行。试验时,电泵应潜入水中进行,电缆长度为 5m 。 Measurement and calculation of pump performance should conform to GB/T 12785-2014, the accuracy is grade 2B. The length of motor cable is over 5m. 6.2 电泵中承受水压的零部件、叶轮的静(动)平衡试验不解体进行,可用同规格零部件代替。 The same components of the motor-pump are chosen alone to tested in the hydrostatic and static (dynamic) balance experiment, instead of the entire pump. 6.3 电泵的线端标志和转向试验按 GB 1971 的规定进行。 Sign of the motor cable and the rotating test should conform to GB 1971. 6.4 安全性与安全标志检查按 GB 10395.8 和 GB 10396 的规定进行。 Safety techniques and the examination of safety sign should conform to GB 10395.8 and GB 10396.

二、小型潜水电泵标准与产品 Small-size submersible motor-pump standard and product 7 检验规则 ( inspection rule ) 7.1 检验分为出厂检验和型式检验。 ( Factory inspection and type inspection) 7.1.1 出厂检验是产品出厂前按标准规定的例行检查,分抽检和全检项目,涉及安全的全检,其他抽检。 Factor inspection is the routine check before products leave the factory, which contains complete inspection (about safety) and spot check . 7.1.2 型式检验是按标准规定的所有项目和不同要求的型式检查,按批量检查,样本大小至少为 2 台。 Type inspection checks all types and different requirements in the standard. The number of samples used in batch check should not be less than 2. 7.2 对叶轮静平衡与动平衡试验、电泵水或气压试验、电动机空载特性试验、电动机堵转特性试验,可用零件或部件的过程检验代替,不解体进行(当有特殊要求或规定必须进行解体试验时,应对解体可能影响性能的因素加以明确)。 The same components of the motor-pump are chosen instead of the entire pump to inspected in the hydrostatic test, static (dynamic) balance experiment, motor no-load and locked-rotor test. If entire pumps have to be disassembled for the inspection, it must elucidate all the possible factors impacting on the performance.

三、污水污物潜水电泵标准与产品 Waste submersible motor-pump standard and product 1 、 标准适用于输送各类污水或含有泥沙、纤维物、粪便、河泥肥等不溶固相物的混合液体的单相或三相污水污物潜水电泵 , 规定了其型式、型号、基本参数、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。 1. The standard is applicable to submersible pumps which is connected to three-phase or single-phase motor and used to translate solid-liquid fluid. Solids are insoluble (e.g. sediment, fibers, excrement and canal mud). This standard also specifies types, model, basic parameters, connection size, technical requirements, test methods, examination rules, marking, packaging and storage, range and information of complete submersible pumps for deep well.

3、基本参数 ( basic parameter ) 3.1 标准根据不同结构和型式,从整体出发对 WQ 污水污物潜水电泵的离心、旋流、流道、螺旋、混流、轴流式电泵,在电源频率为 50 Hz ,电压为 220V 或 380V 、 660V 、 3kV 、 6kV 、 10kV 时和规定的使用条件下,对相应流量、扬程和配用电机功率及通过颗粒最大直径下的电泵效率作了规定。但排出口径为推荐值。 Based on different configurations and models (e.g. centrifugal-flow, mixed-flow, axial-flow, vortex type, channel type, spiral type) under different operation voltages (220V, 380V, 660V, 3kV, 6kV, 10kV) and 50Hz frequency, this standard specified rated flow, head, shaft speed, motor power of the submersible motor-pump, especially the pump efficiency with the maximum solid particle diameter.
