We use ‘Present Continuous’ :

We use ‘Present Continuous ’ T o describe an action in progress at the . Examples : I’m driving to my office. She’s typing the letters. moment of speaking.

We use ‘Present Continuous’ :

We use ‘Present Continuous ’ . T o talk about things happening in a period around now . Examples : You are working too hard this week. She’s learning English this month.

We use ‘Present Continuous’ :

We use ‘Present Continuous ’ . T o talk about changes happening now . Examples : My father is getting older. The population of this city is rising very fast.

We use ‘Present Continuous’ :

We use ‘Present Continuous ’ . With a future meaning, to talk about something we have already arranged to do . Examples : I’m not working tomorrow . She’s going to the dentist on Monday evening .

WH - QUESTIONS:

Remember...:

Remember... . Some verbs such as : have, like, love, know, understand, believe, remember, need, etc .. , can’t be used for ‘continuous tense’ because they are not ‘action verbs’ Examples: I’m not understanding English. She’s needin g your help.
