What is the Infants and Toddlers Program? An interagency program that exists to provide families with infants and toddlers who may be experiencing a delay in development or who have a diagnosed condition that has a high probability of delay

Your child should be referred if… **If your child is 3 yrs or older, call Child Find at 443-642-3032 You suspect your child to have developmental delay & Your child is from birth - 2 years old* …If they meet these criteria, they are eligible for screening and assessment to identify early intervention needs
