They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would be considered a very poor family.Slide 4: On their return from their trip, the father asked his son, "How was the trip?" It was great, Dad." Did you see how poor people live?" the father asked. Oh yeah," said the son. So, tell me, what did you learn from the trip?" asked the father.Slide 6: The son answered: "I saw that we have one dog and they had four. We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and they have a creek that has no end. We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night.Slide 10: Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon. We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go beyond our sight.Slide 12: We have servants who serve us, but they serve others. We buy our food, but they grow theirs. We have walls around our property to protect us, they have friends to protect them.Slide 16: The boy's father was speechless. Then his son added, "Thanks, Dad, for showing me how poor we are." Author: UnknownSlide 17: Isn't perspective a wonderful thing? Makes you wonder what would happen if we all gave thanks for everything we have, instead of worrying about what we don't have.Slide 19: One thing we should all remember is that when we appreciate what we have, we are blessed. When we are hoarding instead of sharing, it takes a whole world of additional "guards" to protect it, so that it becomes difficult to enjoy at all. And then the day comes when it must be returned to it's rightful owner.Slide 20: The Elite and so-called richest among us have not been able to protect anything of value. The best things in life are free and do not need maintenance and upkeep. Share what you have and you'll never be without what you need. If we are able to change perceptions, we are able to change ourselves and have that new state of "being".Slide 22: This little story reminds us there is a much greater spirit of abundance to life available to us if we just open our hearts. It's how we shall create a whole New Earth where all is shared and creativity reigns in a most love filled environment.Slide 24: Appreciate every single thing you have, especially your friends! Pass this on to friends and acquaintances and help them refresh their perspective and appreciation.Slide 25: The End TO VIEW AGAIN CLICK HERE TO EXIT PRESS ESC 110819 You do not have the permission to view this presentation.
