Conducted supervisor survey. INTERVIEW An orientation trainer, Patty (Hispanic), from A shift and Bushier (Somalia) from B shift were interviewed for their culture background. Questions are tried to cover--- How do cultural differences relate to absenteeism? OBSERVATION
