very concise and to the point .. what might be missing is the critical aspectsof available resources.. and the real gap between demand and ability to execute.. perhaps the Transparency slide is a good point of focus.. a classic example of failure of transparency is hte typical WWI general behind the lines, ordering troops to their deaths without any real concept of understanding the reality of hte front line... there were some exceptional generals... Paths of Glory a film inthe 50's with Kirk Douglas demonstrated this most poignantly .. the principle still holds.. blame down for failure and take praise for success high up..
