Can align with any CA Content Standards FPIs. Can be threaded throughout the day within 6 different subject areas. Can be implemented in the student’s home routine.File Folder Game: File Folder Game LEARN & PLAY A classroom game Preschool to college I made this game so that any area of the Content Standards for general education or students with disabilities can use it.Instructional Strategy: Instructional Strategy File Folder Game Front and BackGame Board Game Board: Game Board Game Board Questions, Answers, Spaces, blank cardsExtra “Draw a Card” spaces: Extra “Draw a Card” spaces & Blank Question & Answer CardsMath Question and Answer Cards: Math Question and Answer CardsGame Information: Game Information Contents: File game board with attached spinner, blank card sheet, set of 2 nd grade math cards, set of prepared 2 nd grade math answer cards, extra “draw a card” spaces. Object of Game: To get from start to finish by answering questions and spinning the spinner.Game Information cont.: Game Information cont. Directions: Players must spin to see who goes first. The highest number goes first and it continues to the left. Each player must first draw a card and answer a question correctly before they can spin and proceed. If a player lands on a card space they must draw a card and correctly answer the question before they can proceed. If they answer incorrectly they lose a turn. They can not proceed until they answer correctly.Game Information cont.: Game Information cont. Special Note: There is a blank card sheet and blank answer sheet that can be copied to make question cards of your choice. The question card can ask, “Go shake _____ hand” or “Ask _____ for a pencil”.Conclusion : Conclusion I made this file folder game so that it can adapt to whatever child I teach.
