That is one of the biggest problems people face when they want to eat healthier or diet

have heard from day one that you need to eat breakfast lunch and dinner every day. Thats
something weve all learned since we were kids and its an important aspect of losing weight.
Your body regulates itself with the amount of food you give it. If you are stuffing your face
20 times a day your body is going to store all this extra food as fat. But on the other side you
cant starve yourself either because when your body isnt getting the nutrition it can not only
fail on you but create worse problems for you than weight issues. You should find a good
median of not starving yourself and not stuffing your face a dozen times a day.

times every day consistently have better body weight. This works because when your body
is on the schedule you can easily lose weight and maintain good body weight while staying
healthy. Your first step in losing weight should be to schedule your 3 meals a day. Stick with
your times and you will see your weight drop.
