Slide2: We have been in class I have worked here for 45 minutes. since April 1992. We use the PRESENT PERFECT TENSE to talk about an action or event that started in the past, lasts till the now, and will end sometime in the future.


Slide3: Muse hasn’t seen his uncle for 8 years. Elvin has studied in this school since 2001. Kevin has drawn pictures for two years. We have practiced snowboarding since 2004.


Slide4: I have lived in New York for ten years I haven’t visited my aunt since 1985.


Slide5: Look! Everywhere is white. It has snowed.


Slide6: He has broken his leg. She has had a baby. It is sweet.


Slide7: Mr. Shukurov have taught Turkish for 5 years. Mr. Yildiz has been our Biology teacher for 3 years
