Cyber-bullying is when one minor is threatened, harassed or embarrassed by another minor using the Internet or mobile phones. It is happening everyday, in small towns and large cities. It is most popular with girls in middle school, although it can happen to any age group. They start out in elementary school on website like Webkinz where they interact with other children. Eventually they end up on social networking sites like Myspace and Facebook. It is very important for patents, teachers and the community to take Cyber bullying seriously.
