Chilli Paneer Recipe Ingredients : 1 cup paneer, cubed 1 tsp ginger paste 2 tsp garlic, finely chopped 3 – 4 green chilies, finely chopped 1/2 cup capsicum, cubed 1/2 cup cabbage, vertically chopped 1/2 cup spring onion leaves, vertically chopped 1/4 cup carrot, vertically chopped, thin 1 tsp soy sauce 1- 2 tsp corn flour 3 tsp water 2 tsp oil Salt to taste


Chilli Paneer Recipe Recipe : Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, giner and green chillies . Saute for few minutes. Cook on medium heat. Add spring onion, capsicum, carrot and cabbage. Saute for 2 minutes. All veggies should be crunchy and not soft. Add paneer chunks and cook on low. In a bowl, add water and corn flour. Mix well to make a paste. Pour the paste on paneer. Add soy sauce and salt. Cook for few minutes. Serve home made Chili Paneer as a starter dish.
