We need solutions that::

We need solutions that: Generate Revenue Are constitutional Increase public safety on roadways

PowerPoint Presentation:

1.) We can post police officers at random locations (don’t they have better things to do?) 2.) We can alter driver’s perception of speed by planting trees or placing light posts along roadways that create an illusion and reduce driver’s speed. (Only effective for unintentional speeders and super expensive) 3.)Install LED lights on speed limit signs. (cost effective, but little significance) 4.) Employ Department of Public Safety volunteer officers and empower them to cite speeding tickets (Volunteers willingly work for free, are examined thoroughly, and can cite speeders without error—genius idea!!!)
