These results back up the hemisphere dominance inventory test
Implications of behaviours :Implications of behaviours ‘Get things going’ - Both subjects would remain focussed on moving towards achieving a common goal (the implementation of the women’s networking group)
Artistic – Subject A has an artistic side, enlist them to develop flyers and document formatting.
Relating in the workplace :Relating in the workplace Relates back to self-monitoring – they can pick up on cues or signals the other person is giving off
Agreeableness – both scored within the middle, means they are good negotiators
Conscientiousness – Subject B lets the team down here by being more spontaneous and unconcerned with deadlines
Functioning as a team :Functioning as a team Subject A could adapt to following the lead of subject B as indicated in the Insight indicator test.
Scoring low in openness means less creativity and innovation
Goal achievement :Goal achievement Subject A likes detail and schedules so should take on the project management with this task. Great articulator.
Subject B see the big picture so could take a macro approach with the project. Enthusiasm to ‘sell’ places on the committee.
If both work together using their strengths they would be successful in achieving their goals.
