Big five locator :

Big five locator Conscientiousness Subject A is fairly balanced been low and high conscientiousness Subject B is more spontaneous, unconcerned with deadlines, adaptable, fickle and impulsive

Interaction styles :

Interaction styles Subject A scored between ‘chart the course’ and ‘get things going’. They like order in starting a new project and look to forward to getting the project complete. Subject B rates as ‘get things going’. Thrive on being a facilitator or catalyst. Like to inspire others, motivate and expressive with upbeat energy. Like team work.

Learning Styles :

Learning Styles Subject A is visual verbal or visual non verbal Information presented visually with aid of blackboard Helps presenting key points in pictures or diagrams Gets distracted easily so works better in a quieter environment Subject B is also visual verbal or visual non verbal however scored high with auditory and kinaesthetic. As above but also likes to get ‘hands on’ in an activity.

Hemisphere dominance test :

Hemisphere dominance test Subject A = left brain dominant Subject B = right brain dominant So what does that mean? Information is processed differently from and is defined into five different cognitive processes

Cognitive processing :

Cognitive processing

Insight game :

Insight game Subject A = ITSJ Quiet Loyal Responsible Steadfast Patient Conservative Parental role in working relationships Adapt to being the assigned leader or follower Resist unnecessary changes

Insight game :

Insight game Subject B = ENFJ Sociable Intuitive Sensitive Organised Energetic Warm Charming Influential They make great leaders Tend to avoid conflict

Dancing girl :

Dancing girl Subject A could see the spinning lady move both clockwise and anti-clockwise but couldn’t control direction Subject B could see both directions and could control the direction These results back up the hemisphere dominance inventory test

Implications of behaviours :

Implications of behaviours ‘Get things going’ - Both subjects would remain focussed on moving towards achieving a common goal (the implementation of the women’s networking group) Artistic – Subject A has an artistic side, enlist them to develop flyers and document formatting.

Relating in the workplace :

Relating in the workplace Relates back to self-monitoring – they can pick up on cues or signals the other person is giving off Agreeableness – both scored within the middle, means they are good negotiators Conscientiousness – Subject B lets the team down here by being more spontaneous and unconcerned with deadlines

Functioning as a team :

Functioning as a team Subject A could adapt to following the lead of subject B as indicated in the Insight indicator test. Scoring low in openness means less creativity and innovation

Goal achievement :

Goal achievement Subject A likes detail and schedules so should take on the project management with this task. Great articulator. Subject B see the big picture so could take a macro approach with the project. Enthusiasm to ‘sell’ places on the committee. If both work together using their strengths they would be successful in achieving their goals.
