Indicator tests & results Conclusions on personality and behaviours Recommendations Indicator Tests : Indicator Tests Self-monitoring Big five locator Interaction styles Learning styles Hemisphere dominance inventory test Insight game; and Dancing girl Self-monitoring : Self-monitoring A high self-monitor has the ability (or want) to change the way others perceive them depending upon their audience. Both subjects scored 47 which means that are not high-self monitors, but tending towards that region. Big five locator : Big five locator Emotional stability – strong or weak? Subject A has weak emotional stability – i.e. Highly strung, tend to worry, reactive Subject B is on the high side of responsive – i.e. Stronger emotional stability Extrovert or introvert? Both subjects are considered ambiverts (in between) Big five locator : Big five locator Openness to experience Subject A is more practical, conservative and highly efficient Subject B displays moderate behaviours. Open to new experiences and a good mix of practicality. Agreeableness Both subjects rated as good negotiators Big five locator : Big five locator Conscientiousness Subject A is fairly balanced been low and high conscientiousness Subject B is more spontaneous, unconcerned with deadlines, adaptable, fickle and impulsive Interaction styles : Interaction styles Subject A scored between ‘chart the course’ and ‘get things going’. They like order in starting a new project and look to forward to getting the project complete. Subject B rates as ‘get things going’. Thrive on being a facilitator or catalyst. Relating in the workplace : Relating in the workplace Relates back to self-monitoring – they can pick up on cues or signals the other person is giving off Agreeableness – both scored within the middle, means they are good negotiators Conscientiousness – Subject B lets the team down here by being more spontaneous and unconcerned with deadlines Functioning as a team : Functioning as a team Subject A could adapt to following the lead of subject B as indicated in the Insight indicator test.
