Leadership :

Leadership Leadership also means the ability to make others follow, volunteer ideas and suggestions by listening, communicating, understanding and planning a certain common goal. “ Many people believe that leadership is simply being the first, biggest or most powerful…” “ A leader is interpreted as someone who sets direction in an effort and influences people to follow that direction”

The Success of a project.:

The Success of a project. In order for a project to succeed, there must be a healthy balance of teamwork, strong and knowledgeable leaders and an unambiguous project map. Each member of the team must have a clearly defined role as to effectively collaborate to the success of the project. A football team becomes an excellent example of this; each player carries out a distinct yet crucial function and they work in partnership for the achievement of the bigger picture. The coach can be viewed as the project manager; he is responsible for effectively communicating the success strategy to his team and keeping them on track.
