Mission “The Linked through Leadership Program develops its students by enhancing their individual, group and community leadership abilities. The program engages students, faculty, staff and administration in mutual learning through real life experience and application. Utilizing the Social Change Model, the program prepares students for success in personal and professional endeavors.”

The Social Change Model : 

The Social Change Model The Linked Through Leadership Program is based on The Social Change Model This model defines leadership as a collaborative, value-based process that is focused on creating change to benefit others and society. The two main goals of this leadership model are to: 1) develop student learning and growth through self-knowledge and leadership competence 2) instill positive social change within the community at an institutional or societal level

Bridges Community Service Project Bridges is a week-long community service retreat in the Rhode Island area Approximately 20 students are accepted each trip An opportunity to serve your community while getting to know other student leaders
