Should come out of Market Leader Nostalgia, & be proactive to retain market share. Should improve the interdepartmental co ordination. Security department should be more efficient. Energization department should be more responsive. Should improve the processes & eliminate wastes. There should be more focus on PM quality improvement. Should make business processes more transparent. Should not compromise the service quality in the name of cost cutting measures. Site deployment should be based on careful forecasting, & outdoor site deployment should be adopted. Should reduce no of suppliers, and develop long term relation with them.
