EMS stands for elicitation of muscle contraction with the help of electric impulses.:

EMS stands for elicitation of muscle contraction with the help of electric impulses. The device generates the impulse and is delivered via the electrodes to the surface of the skin on which the muscle needs to be stimulated.  The muscles are contracted by the impulse which makes the result the same as the natural movement and regular muscle flexion.

EMS Training procedure:
