I agree completely with the views expressed! But on the lighter side, there are two advantages to being a pessimist: one, you are either proved right or you are pleasantly surprised, no matter what the situation! Albeit, the aforementioned statement is to be taken with a pinch of salt! Well compiled and makes for good reading! Thanks.
