The Colossus of Rhodes : 

The Colossus of Rhodes 1. It was originally set up as a Empire of city-states which had limited power beyond their country. The island of Rhodes combined its three city-states.

The Colossus of Rhodes : 

The Colossus of Rhodes 2. It is located off the South tip of Asia Minor were the Aegean Sea meets the Mediterranean Sea.

Trade center 3. Rhodes was the capitol of Rhodes. It was located at the tip of the island to be a great port for trade in the Mediterranean and Aegean Sea.
