Cont:-:

The mind can be trained to experience discomfort as only pressure, and that is what is achieved in childbirth hypnosis as well. In addition, with labor , the more relaxation the mother experiences, the more comfort she will have, and the depth of relaxation necessary can easily be achieved with hypnosis, as physical relaxation is learned and practiced daily in preparation for birth using guided visualizations followed by positive hypnotic suggestions. Cont:-:

With HypnoBirthing you are not under a trance or asleep. You are fully aware of the entire process and in full control, as a woman should be. You will be completely relaxed and aware of your body’s contractions. Cont:-

The baby will be received into a calm and relaxed environment and therefore experiences less stress than a baby who had to endure a traumatic birth. Benefits of Hypnobirthing for baby:-

The endorphins released during a relaxed labour are the body’s own natural relaxant and have a calming effect. These endorphins are small enough to pass through the placenta to the baby. When the mother learns to breathe more deeply, she increases the amount of oxygen in the blood, which is beneficial for both her and the baby. Cont:-
