Slide 1:

In 1986, a simple business man named Robert Warren discovered the universal road map for optimizing performance in business, sports and life in general. In his business, Bob noticed he would make the same mistakes over and over, costing him thousands of dollars. In a quest to improve the performance of his small company, Bob finally discovered the source of all unforced errors… for all walks of life… in any endeavor.

Slide 2:

He began to share his discovery with those interested in improving their performance… in sports, business or life in general. With this universal road map, Bob and others found that getting in The Zone was not an accidental or elusive proposition . . . We hope you enjoy the following presentation . . .

The Universal Structure of the Mind

Diagnose Your Thinking With Language :

Diagnose Your Thinking With Language Key words show which gear you’re operating with. See our Architectural Redirection Manual to learn more!

Slide 7:

Relationships Sports performance Business and every other area of life! Knowing these words will get you “outside the box” of problems and struggles in:

Slide 8:

Instead of arguing for right or wrong… …we learn the common denominator for accessing higher levels of thinking

Thinking in 1st gear :

Thinking in 1st gear 1st gear is limited to Positive or Negative Thinking. We normally don’t attempt to reach 90 mph driving in 1st gear. Although, many of us expect that type of performance in other areas of life. You will know when you are stuck in first gear by how much effort it takes to accomplish results.

Shifting into 2nd gear :

Shifting into 2nd gear Doubt opens us up to 2nd gear, which represents Questioning. Skepticism is the philosophical doctrine that the truth of all knowledge must ALWAYS be in question. Learning to doubt awakens the skeptic within us.

Slide 11:

Skepticism is often confused with Cynicism. The Cynic and Skeptic live in two different worlds. The Cynic complains and criticizes… has an answer for everything… therefore, resists questioning. The Skeptic is ALWAYS questioning in order to discover NEW ways to optimize performance. ? ? ? ? ?

Slide 12:

Transitioning to 3rd gear Here is where we pick up speeds unattainable in 1st and 2nd gear! This is the world of Relative Thinking. Relativity is not available without Questioning.

Slide 13:

Inside the world of Relative Thinking, we finally realize how thoughts color reality. “success” is relative… “hot” or “cold” are relative terms…

Slide 14:

Shifting into4th gearThe Zone Here is where we take our foot off the brake and trust ourselves completely. This state of mind is commonly referred to as The Zone. It represents Possibility Thinking.

Slide 15:

Positive Thinking is often confused with Possibility Thinking... and as you can see… they are worlds apart!
