Some nationalities take longer to processReturning to the UK: Returning to the UK Straightforward if the last time you entered the UK… you were given permission to stay for more than six months, and you will return to the UK before that period of leave ends, and your circumstances have not changed since you were given your permission to stay, you should be able to re-enter the UK If you do not meet all three of these rules, make an appointment to see a Welfare Advisor in the Advice and Counselling Service well before you travel.
