Feminisation of poverty : Feminisation of poverty 1 out of 4 female single living pensioners are living in poverty! Women get only a 1/3 pension out of employment in comparison with men Migrant women get lower state pensions Disabled women low budgets and life long poverty Lisbon strategy?


What needs to be changed : What needs to be changed Disconnect pensionsystems from the nuclear family model Carreer break through ‚care‘ tasks should be counted Fair pensions also by low incomes also for ‚house-wives‘ Payments should not be income-dependent


What needs to be changed : What needs to be changed Pay pension to everyone who contributes to the systems (solidarity) migrant women Promote economic independence of all women Increase possibilities for women to build a 2nd pension
