In today’s news, childhood obesity is topping the charts. Students are being bombarded with food choices everyday with stack machines and candy. If students begin to eat healthy at school, then it will help carry on throughout their lives. Start with the school cafeteria.

What should be considered for our students? Instead of using beef, try turkey Try veggie burgers Salads are always great! Put a few tidbits of pineapple or apple in there! Got a sweet tooth? Try some low-fat yogurt or some sugar free jello! Snack on some almonds. These are just a few ideas to start eating healthier!
