3 AZ UA User Admin comes on Level 2 and level 3 Support category and is currently supporting the entire Globe via 3 different teams. UA UK – For UK, ROW & ASIAPAC: 32 (10 for ROW under transition) UA SE – For Sweden:14 UA US – For NA:11 ASE - 14 (7 for ROW under transition) New Global Count - 71 The team is currently in the phase of Globalization and will be supporting the entire Globe as 1 team ( Global Identity & Access Management ). Task ranges from Account Administration to Group policy object Dual site delivery started with Hyderabad location go-live on 26th Jan 09 Introduction to the team

4 User Administrator: User Admin comes on Level 2 and level 3 Support category Pharos Local Administration Active Directory administration and handling AD data integrity reporting Creation of Group Policy Objects Setting up User policy Administration of Security groups for Windows and non-Windows environments Administration of access to AZ network for all IBM staff supporting IT Infrastructure at various AZ locations Administration of Pharos approval and requestor system Administration of Service accounts CBN – Annual Continual Business Need review to ascertain the users who need to retain access to the Pharos system QEV – Conduct Quarterly Employee verifications to find out the IBM users who no longer need access to the AZ network Tasks performed

Tasks performed : 

5 Tasks performed e-ESM Administration Exchange Administration: Creating user account and applying security permissions, maintaining the mailbox usage and deleting the user accounts on Exchange. Creation of Mail Distribution list and shared resources. Troubleshooting outlook issues SAP: Administration of users accounts (Creation/deletion and modification). Remote Access Administration: Troubleshooting connectivity issues. Global File share Administration: Creation of universal groups, global file share, global groups, and local groups. Applying security permissions as per the security guidelines of the organization and applying group permissions to the users. Profiles and My Docs: Creating Roaming profile of users and relevant troubleshooting. Network Maintenance. DNS Administrator: Creation of DNS host and Alias entries. Creation of IDs used by support staff across the globe for assistance. MOVES: Handling User moves (Inter/Intra domain and Cross Country).

Globalization Status : 

12 Globalization Status In total, 97 regional WI’s and 22 Local Desk procedures were reviewed 45 Global WI’s were created All WI’s went through review by the AZ GTO IS Security All new Global WI’s are now approved in GRD 37 WI’s are been trained against by all the Agents, SME’s and Managers Classroom training being conducted for all the agents Currently the team is on the 8th day of training with 2 more days left to go Global team going live on 15th July 2009
