Exercise: Think about your own “I” story right now because I want you to be able to apply this. What makes you unique? Think about one lesson that you could teach someone based on your life. People Go out there and determine to find the wisdom that you need. Prosperity Developing a prosperity mindset is a must. Pay attention to the language that you use with yourself and others. I Love The next piece of the acronym is the second I- ‘I’ love. Unconditional love is vital to leadership. I don’t mean that you walk around work hugging people, telling them that you love them. I Love If you walk into a room and you are full of love for life and everyone in it, you people just kind of melt around you. Recognize that it is much more powerful to bring loving thoughts and energy than if you are hammering down on people and telling them everything that they are doing wrong and bringing anger to the situation. I Love Your people don’t have to know about that you are walking around, just loving them. They might understand on a vibrational level what you are doing. Reaching Out Remember when you refuse help, you are not allowing other people to have the pleasure of giving. Challenge: Practice asking for help or practice receiving an unexpected gift.
