The Orthopedic surgery and their process There are common procedures of orthopedic surgeries performed by the orthopedic surgeons. There are twenty five common methods. Joint Replacement surgery Joint replacement surgery is the process of replacement with prosthesis due to dysfunctional joint surface. Severe joint pains not alleviated with less invasive therapies the option is joint replacement surgery. Preoperational preparations are mandatory in the surgery. The patients have to undergo accurate x-rays of the joints, selecting the implant design and process known as templating . Templating is to size match to the images of the x-rays. If the tear is lightly or partial the treatment offered is debridement or trimming. The symptoms required for rotator cuff injuries are the following. Loss of function in the shoulder The tear is larger than 3 cm The joint pain is quiet pursing more and the symptom lasts for 6-12 months.

The Techniques of rotator cuff injuries The main type of techniques included in the cuff injuries are arthroscopic repair, traditional open repair and mini open repair. It often depends on several factors such as experience and familiarity of the orthopedic surgeon, the size of the tear, the anatomy and the quality of the tendon tissue and bone. The arms cannot be used for four to six weeks. The post therapy of the surgery is rehabilitation which includes immobilization, tractable exercise and active exercise as well. The surgery is reported to be effective.
