An electric wheel chair controller costs twice that much and has a less durable enclosure. Events in LENR claimed fluctuations applicable to control. Storms talks about protons out and electrons in, Celani has something real we can observe and it is apparent that any type of fluctuation has to be considered as possible in it’s affects on the total COP. A person could conclude since the sub atomic reactions deal with the oscillation of particles of an atom that the magnetic moment would be picked up by a conventional gauss meter. So conjecture would support the need for at least one gauss meter and of course the need to create a gauss vibration would be the counter to that within that dimension level of magnetic domain. So that sensor would be almost like an electromagnetic tachometer in this case scenario connecting to the MFWD sensor circuit of the logic controller. How to change the gauss would be to initiate a LENR fluctuation event. This change in gauss to high would let you know an event started and possibly diminishing gauss would alert of something not working properly. The claims provide support to using heat to oscillate the hydrogen pressure as well as getting the pressure higher or lower quickly, regardless the pressure needs oscillated. The more the differential of amplitude or pressure of oscillation the more gauss in effect would logically be monitored. The spark plug producing the high voltage electric spark is supposed to strip the hydrogen atom into an enriched proton state. It’s a claim and I did not make that one but I trust the person I asked, to a certain extent. So those two oscillators, the high voltage spark oscillator, and the glow plug heater oscillator need to work together but have the capability to be timed differently for more options to variably control each separately but also as a pair of resonators. The vibration frequency counter will be connected to the throttle position portion of the logic controller as well and controlling the speed of the acoustical oscillators mounted in the framework to the reactor 180 degrees rotated apart giving x , y , z controlled acoustical vibrations. Will they help? I don’t really know but they will be available, Storms indicates some type of vibration helps the LENR process to start. A simple logic system and or, is not good enough for this application we have little control with a 1 or a 0, the reactor needs to be proportionally controlled and the recording system monitors the sensors performance making the core fuel temperature easily calculated by the usage of the wire (Celani ) or foil fuel (Miley). 9/25/2012 Help develop this technology, get involved! 4

The blue highlight circles represent an led in a panel layout indicator normally associated with complex machinery found in an asphalt plant or rock plant. Also machinery in factories use these types of indicators. The reason is so that the operator or in this case the experimenter can easily identify components in the electrical system that may cause a problem if it is not caught right away. This panel layout is to represent how much easier it is looking at lights rather than looking at a regular schematical diagram of a complex device in the event of a malfunction with equipment. This is a match with FIG. 36 with the addition of the led display, blue means cool to me so we are starting the reactor for a manual startup. I know we have already viewed the Basic Electrical power point however we will be adding the circuitry together with the logic controller and this would be the type of panel I would prefer over any other method of experimenting. Shown in the last slide were the indicator led’s that illuminate when in operation, they can be any color depending which color the experimenter likes for his or her reactor panel. I chose blue due to the highlight was better than the dark green. As the safety shutoff pushbutton switch was closed (S1) in conjunction with the coolant pump system switch (S2) closed, the cooling pump pressurized the reactor cooling system after the flow control (FC1) valve was closed, and after the reactor was purged of air in the fluid cooling system. You will see a fluid accumulator (A) at the top right above the pump and it’s circuit that has shut off the cooling system. This was done at the contacts in A closing and turning on the rest of the electrical circuits with the exception of the heater circuit by closing (S3) as illustrated . I am stating a realization right now, there are quite a few variables in this LENR and after putting the pieces together for simply the mechanics of it, I can see why it has been slow to develop. I am working with simply the mechanics of LENR which is no more than straight forward engineering and design. S4 has been closed and this is the stage that the heater circuit has been enabled. The oscillators are on and the signal is pulsing a frequency proportional to the operators adjustment preferences of it. All circuits are activated that allow the experiment to begin. With something complex like this and the amount of information needed to be monitored for safety and for logically making progress from experimenting it seems the reason that timely headway has not been made is that I have seen no one with all the right information to make headway. The machinery needed for the LENR experiment is really straight forward. The electronic logic controller is a must for a serious experiment. It is apparent there are to many changes with multiple choices that may cross paths and affect the experiment in some way. Those need to be known and the only way to do that successfully is to have the gauges suggested in the slide panel and invest in a logic controller for your experiment. The pink led’s are circuits that have been shut off by the safety circuit TS. There has been quite a bit of thought put into adapting the logic controller to the Universal Reactor electrical system. After digesting all the variables I have come up with a list of needed items and have provided the list on a panel exampling the need of information to seriously progress as an experimenter with LENR. I had been dealing with a computer glitch where the mouse and keyboard were intermittently shutting down on my drafting computer today so in a hurry and in small scale I missed a typo on the Manual Adjustment labels. I was unable to re boot the drafting computer and I wanted to get this out, I will repair the mistake as soon as possible. This is the logic control panel with operator controls.. I know there are many out there thinking this layout is way to much information, but these are the minimum requirements scientists will need to develop LENR , sooner than later . There will be a few more items needed as things develop. The information should be recorded for advancing the learning curve of facts in LENR. Intended is the usage of a laptop gauge array, a virtual panel with the reactor and the led’s in the program, however a regular gauge panel including these suggested gauges could also be used. The time consuming LENR decisions that need dealt with “Systematically”. LENR is the type of intricate and precise science that has equally an intricate and precise need for specialized machinery. Not a specialized way to manufacture the product but a specialized way to carry out the experiment in physical form meaning the machine will also need a specific sequence to operate efficiently. Understanding that the conventional automobile made today has several hundred different computers (logic controllers) and referring to the Lexus which the high end model is said to contain 300 microprocessors. That is way many things to monitor and control but the logic controller is a programmed device which in the auto industry is easy to program because exact specific calculations are used in resistance and feedback loops for monitored information. I have tried working with the auto computers when they first were installed beginning in 1981, and what happens is there is little information on any specific one that fits into any specific model of a manufacturers product with hundreds of options. The Tractor logic controller is equally sophisticated and needs to control large vibrating machines, working out in heat, rain, freezing conditions, rocks, dirt and water. Plus the fact a regular pickup Silverado 2500 today the controller for the brake system is $1,750.00 and the John Deere electronic hydrostatic programmable drive controller is available for less than half that price and is undeniably in a stronger enclosure. 9/25/2012 Help develop this technology, get involved! 10

There are issues that required making decisions based on what may work to start a LENR experiment and those had to be compared to the functioning of a standardized product logic controller. This is what I have deduced through a mechanical logic viewpoint. On the controller output the entire goal is to proportionally control the flow of fluid in two independent directions. This is done by electromechanical coils that proportionally open as the coil saturates with more voltage. The proportional part is the exact distance the operator moves his foot linearally and ramps output current to a specific amount to the proportional coil that is precisely moving the fluid valve open or shut. This controller monitors all inputs also, by the reference voltage applied to the potentiometers and will indicate a problem if any component fails to perform in the slightest, in a readable light display. The heat is our output on the reactor so I chose to hook that up to the drive coils and use reverse for manual logic assist and the forward drive coil for the totally automatic pilot where the logic controller has basic set parameters but compares the inputs that the operator has set as his or her operating parameters in addition the controller makes the experiment fun and safer. The auto pilot regulates frequency of the oscillators and provides a safe reliable control and adjustment means for your experiment. In this schematical view there is shown an electrical wiring configuration of the logic mode of the electronic logic controller. In the reverse direction, motion match shown and load match which is not shown but is included in the reverse power circuit operation discloses the necessary components to assist the operator logically. What this will mean to the experimenter is that they can start the reactor on manual mode and after the gas pressure is high enough to begin the experiment then the logic system can be applied to manual operation but with the last know parameters as to maintain the balance recorded through prior experimentation and used to control the experiment like a semi auto pilot that has stored information to assist you with, in case your mind lapses or you need to use the rest room quickly. And you hurry back but your experiment loses the last several hours of experimenting progress and a few bucks in material as well as your time, then your frustrated. Like the first 8k computers made in New York, the Imagination Machine, everything had to be written in basic and amber screen no pictures. One power glitch and you lost days of programming. These are the actual components that are paralleled to the LENR reactor. There will be one or two more power points to further disclose the more complicated side to the control system and the advantages, this is a step by step need to understand. Electrical Schematics detailing the operation of the logic assist coupled to the logic controller as the AUTO switch is turned on, will be the next power point released. If the LENR technology is developed and found viable, the only thing we need is the fuel, that’s one secret. The machinery is available. The science is actually the fuel, once the guidelines are set and facts are established by physicists and other scientists the machinery is there. The next few pages are for the more interested individuals wanting to understand more of the logic math of the logic assist method of operation. As progress is made and others become more interested in this experimentation and would like to purchase any of the parts and pieces, to build their own reactor experiment. And that after a development comes in the form of a product using a wire solid fuel and a sealed container forming a hydrogen gas generator then ; you will already have your understanding of the process as well as the machine to make it happen. It will be really difficult to manufacture an assembleable reactor less expensive than the design of the Universal Reactor as disclosed. Also any other control system will be more expensive or less able to perform for extended periods of time. Also John Deere is worldwide and has set prices.
