We all know that there are right and proper ways to proceed in doing anything. It’s like there are right ways to do the laundry, to cook cake, to make friends, anything. This is why there is also a right way sell your real estate property.

When you are having your home viewed, it is a wise decision to not be around and just let the realtor tour the prospect buyers in your home. If you are there, the buyers might be smothered by your presence instead of enjoying their tour of the home. Instead of being helpful, you might be disturbing the buyers’ imagination which probably consists of a situation that they are living in your house. You should leave your house or step outside during viewings so that the viewers wouldn’t be suffocated by your presence.
