1 Thessalonians 5 v 12 – 13a:

1 Thessalonians 5 v 12 – 13a Now we ask you brothers, to respect those who work hard among you, who are over you in the Lord and who admonish you. Hold them in the highest regard because of their work.

1 Thessalonians 5 v 13b - 15:

1 Thessalonians 5 v 13b - 15 Live in peace with each other. And we urge you brothers, warn those who are idle, encourage the timid, help the weak, be patient with everyone. Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to be kind to each other and to everyone else.

1 Thessalonians 5 v 16 - 18:

1 Thessalonians 5 v 16 - 18 Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

1 Thessalonians 5 v 19- 22:

1 Thessalonians 5 v 19- 22 Do not put out the Spirit’s fire; do not treat prophesies with contempt. Test everything. Hold on to the good. Avoid every kind of evil.

1 Thessalonians 5 v 23 -24 :

1 Thessalonians 5 v 23 -24 May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it.

How to walk with your Leaders.:

How to walk with your Leaders. Respect those who work hard among you, who are over you in the Lord…even when they admonish you. Hold them in the highest regard in love, because of their work.

Walking with each other.:

Walking with each other. Live in peace with each other. Warn the idle and disruptive. Be an encourager to the timid. Be ready to assist the weak. Be patient with everyone. Don’t seek to retaliate. Be kind to each other.

Walking with God together:

Walking with God together Always be joyful. Be thankful in all circumstances. Never stop praying for each other.

Keeping in step with the Spirit together.:

Keeping in step with the Spirit together. Don’t put out the Spirit’s fire Don’t scoff at prophecies Test everything that is said Hold on to what is good Stay away from every kind of evil.

Paul’s Final Prayer :

Paul’s Final Prayer Paul prays for the God of peace to make us holy in every way (to sanctify us through and through) …and that our spirit, soul and body be kept blameless, until our Lord Jesus Christ comes again.

1 Thessalonians 5 v 24:

1 Thessalonians 5 v 24 The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it.

Philippians 2 v 12 -13:

Philippians 2 v 12 -13 …continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose.

Philippians 1 v 6:

Philippians 1 v 6 …being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
